We, the undersigned members of Fitness First Mudon, would like to formally raise serious concerns regarding the current condition of the outdoor gym facilities.

Over the past months, and especially since September, we have observed a clear deterioration in the quality, safety, and maintenance of the equipment. As shown in the attached photos, many machines and accessories are visibly worn out, rusted, damaged, and poorly maintained. Several training tools such as rowing machines, air bikes, kettlebells, medicine balls, and weight plates show signs of corrosion, tearing, and structural damage.

In addition, training outdoors while using deteriorated and rusty equipment raises important safety and hygiene concerns for members.

Furthermore, there have been recent incidents involving lost personal belongings inside the facility:

• One member lost a bracelet (gourmette) inside the gym and it was never recovered.
• Another member lost Bose headphones inside the facility, which also could not be located despite the presence of security cameras.

These situations raise concerns regarding security monitoring, lost-and-found management, and overall member protection.

As loyal members, we expect Fitness First to uphold the standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and service that the brand represents.

We respectfully request the following actions:

1. Immediate inspection and replacement of damaged and rusted equipment
2. Proper maintenance and regular servicing of all outdoor gym machines
3. Improved safety and hygiene standards for outdoor training areas
4. Better security monitoring and lost-item recovery procedures
5. Clear communication with members regarding facility improvements

We strongly believe that these improvements are necessary to ensure a safe, professional, and premium training environment for all members.
