Dear Minister of Education,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to respectfully share a concern held by many university students regarding the scheduling of upcoming assessments during this period.

We fully understand that the current circumstances require careful planning and that decisions are made with the best intentions for maintaining academic continuity. We also sincerely appreciate the efforts being made by the Ministry and universities to support students.

However, the possibility of postponing multiple exams to a later time, combined with limited clarity around schedules, is creating some challenges for students. The concern is that having several assessments concentrated within a short timeframe may unintentionally increase academic pressure and make it more difficult for students to prepare effectively and perform at their best.

Additionally, as students across universities in Bahrain are experiencing similar situations, variations in how assessments are scheduled may lead to differences in workload and pressure levels. We share this only in the hope of supporting a balanced and consistent approach.

We are not requesting exceptions, but rather seeking understanding and consideration. We would be grateful for:

- Clear and timely communication regarding assessment plans

- Efforts to avoid concentrating multiple assessments within a short period where possible

- Consideration of a balanced approach that supports both academic standards and student well being

We remain committed to our studies and to achieving our best under these circumstances to create a bright future for our country, and we truly value the continued guidance and support of the Ministry.

Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and support to students’ success.
