I oppose the variance request

There are properties across Old Henry that would be better suited to this business. A quiet neighborhood does not need or want added traffic including ambulance and delivery trucks coming and going to a proposed 3 story building!

Please, please do NOT let this BUSINESS go higher than the 35' maximum height or higher than 2 stories. It is already a huge monstrosity at 180,000 square feet.

A 3-story building is not compatible with the homes in the Lake Forest community!

Members of the Board of Zoning, please but aside the dollar $$ signs and political benefits anyone might receive and consider how you and your family would look at the proposed development near Old Henry Road and Arnold Palmer Blvd., if you were a resident close to this site. I am quite sure you would be opposed to the building height beyond two stories and you would want a berm and landscaping that would at least match the berm and landscaping fronting the Lake Forest Legacy community. This development is in no way fair to residents of the area that purchased property with the understanding that suitable, compatible buildings would be constructed on this site. Thanks for your help!

I am opposed to the 3 story retirement home in our subdivision.

I am fully opposed not only to this new entrance that will run through Arnold Palmer, but the fact that our wonderful community will have to alwasy have a 3 story building in view, without 6+ berms to assist in hiding the eye sore, is a disgrace.

This development does not belong in our beautiful, residential neighborhood. There is not one member on the Board of Zoning Adjustments who would even consider approving this commercial project if he or she lived in a residential neighborhood similar to Lake Forest.

3 storey plus roof towering over this neighbor hood is not the environment we expected when investing and this location was zone for. 2 storey OK

Quite frankly am opposed to the entire structure being built, especially with an entrance to our neighborhood...and especially since there is plenty of property on Old Henry, closer to the hospital and away from our residential neighborhood...don't understand why you want to fight us for this right spot to cram your commercial building in. FYI....this is the opinion of everyone I have spoken to in our neighborhood. Seems our lake Forest noRd saw fit not to represent the majority view and now we're paying for it. Just a heads up, you will have hostile neighbors...not a good way to start a business off.
