Description of Violations: Trying to build an additional garage past the 12-foot variance by an additional 6 feet. The garage will then be 6 ft from the property line spanning 33.7 feet keeping the 6 feet the entire way.
Impact of Community: This will impact the community in many ways. If approved this will be violating zoning setbacks, creating privacy issues, altering neighborhoods character, decline property value and impacting the safety of our community. This will also set a precedent emboldening other homeowners to take similar action. This could possibly disrupt the town and its beauty.
