Dear Pope Francis-
If the Shroud of Turin is really the burial cloth of The Lord, then He must have wanted us to have it be known. Please let the proof be found so people can believe.

What is the reason why the pope won't allow the test on the shroud? If it verifies that the cloth is from around His death and that it was made by radiation, I would think it would do so much to convert countless to be His followers.

If this particular testing proves the shroud is authentic, it could shake the world out of its complacency to consider Jesus and an after life once again.

The image on the shroud is genuine and produced by a means of spiritual radiation which altered the cloth at the atomic level to extend its natural lifespan. Otherwise it would have deteriorated by now. A full explanation is given in A Course In Spiritual Philosophy, available free from many sources.

Please try to retest the Shroud in a way that utilizes an actual logical scientific process (like: Applied AFM techniques and SERS, ATR-FTIR, etc.) to test pieces of the original, non-carbonized, unburned remains of the Holy Shroud ...and thus, using non-destructive analyses: a good investigation, avoiding to destroy forever these precious samples!.

It seems to me the more the Shroud is examined the more fascinating results, so may it continue. I think it's showing us how much more we have to learn about ourselves. I would like to see it tested for sound and vibration. Tina Bearham England

The Carbon 14 result should be reinvestigated.There is so much unsatisfactory controversy surrounding it. Why was a result obtained which linked the shroud to the Mediaeval period? Because of a repaired part being tested or because of additional radiation produced at the time of the resurrection?

I believe that it is appropriate to allow any reasonable scientific test that could yield further information about the origin of the Shroud of Turin.
