We, the undersigned residents, taxpayers, and community members of Schuylkill Township and the surrounding areas, respectfully submit this petition to formally express our opposition to the proposed Oakwood Lane Subdivision development.

We believe that this development will negatively impact our neighborhood and overall quality of life due to concerns including, but not limited to:

• Increased traffic congestion and road safety risks
• Environmental disruption, including loss of natural habitat and increased stormwater runoff
• Strain on local infrastructure and township resources
• Potential decrease in property values
• Detrimental changes to community character and open space

We request that the Schuylkill Township Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, and relevant reviewing bodies deny approval of the Oakwood Lane Subdivision development or require substantial modification to fully address residents’ concerns.

Our signatures below represent our collective stance that this development, as proposed, is not in the best interest of current residents or the community’s long‑term well‑being.
