I don't believe he should get out. If that was anyone else they would get life. See it's not guns that's are problem it's people like him you'll that believe he ok to be back in the world. Why does he deserve that he took her life he knew what he was doing. Can I do that to your love one and be out in 2 yrs. Please really think about your answer

This would be a major disservice to the victims family of this man gets out after only 2 years for taking someone’s life especially having a history of violent actions with weapons. If this man gets released it will show an enormous distrust in our governments priorities in wanting to keep citizens safe from violent attackers like this man.

There is nothing I can say except if it were me I'd have to do my time. Rules should apply equally. No breaks simply because of his job

Although the chance that he will be granted parole on the first time before the parole board, I still sign this petition as he needs to remain incarcerated for his full sentence at least. 7 years is a ridiculously short amount of time for taking the life of a police officer and human being in general. I think he should get life, but that's just my opinion.

Sentence should have been longer. As a trained uniformed police officer and a former Marine he had years of weapons handling skills that would have prevented any accidental discharge. This was calculated, malicious, and intensional to cause harm. Nothing can be done about his original sentencing, but he should serve the full term no doubt.

If you let him out, he will do this again. This has been a cover up from the beginning. He gets a slap on the wrist? Even the police are crooked. He murdered this beautiful young woman. Everybody can see that How do government officials in this case sleep at night? Please do not let him back on the streets. He already got a joke of a sentence, he needs to serve it! Look at this case! His black eye came from her defending herself, even a moron knows that. A car door? Ha ! government is crooked in St Louis including some police officers. Karma/
