Parking is already insane around here, and it is even worse during the wintertime. I live on Summer St and parking already overflows from Touro on to Summer for people that can not find a space to park on Touro. This will just cause even more traffic in the area. Please do not let this go thru and keep the beautiful old house and it's history.

Why destroy something that is beautiful? Medford has such a rich history and beautiful historic homes. Why are we destroying Medford just so that some one person or business can make more money. What's next? Meters everywhere? (oh yeah, the city already did that).

If my memory serves me correctly (I grew up on Touro Avenue, and was a frequent visitor to the Lindnor's home), it was stated that there was a tunnel that was part of the Underground Railroad.

It is time to slow down the building projects in already congested areas. We do not need to say yes to everyone who proposes a building project in Medford. If we want to be a city that is proud of its history then start preserving its historic spaces.

Parking is already a big issue. It will be a complete disaster adding two more houses. Also you take away the beauty of that whole historical property when you try to jam in two more houses. All it is, is GREED. IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! No respect for the neighborhood or the people in it.
The other BIG concern is emergency vehicles getting down the street. They have a tough time getting down the street now....sure lets build more houses...who cares if the fire trucks, ambulances can make it down Touro Ave. The city really needs to think this one through. Don't let this happen.

In complete agreement with this petition for the stated reason. It will add nothing to this neighborhood but create chaos and just
be a financial boon to the developer

Medford needs to hold on to its history and not let builders gobble up land and turn us into Somerville. For the good of the city please reconsider this property.
