The undersigned employees of Premium Service ARAMARK at Fenway Park do not want to be represented by UNITE HERE Local 26.

Should the undersigned employees make up 30% or more (and less than 50%) of the bargaining unit represented by UNITE HERE Local 26, the undersigned employees hereby petition the National Labor Relations Board to hold a decertification election to determine whether a majority of employees no longer wish to be represented by this union.

Should the undersigned employees make up 50% or more of the bargaining unit represented by UNITE HERE Local 26, the undersigned employees hereby request that ARAMARK at Fenway Park withdraw recognition from this union immediately, as it does not enjoy the support of a majority of employees in the bargaining unit.

Los empleados infrascritos del servicio superior ARAMARK en Fenway Park no quieren ser representados por el Local 26 UNITE AQUÍ.

Si los empleados infrascritos compuso el 30% o más (y menos el de 50%) de la unidad de negociación representada por el Local 26 UNITE AQUÍ,los empleados infrascritos solicitan por la presente a la tarjeta nacional de las relaciones laborales celebrar una elección del decertification para determinar si una mayoría de empleados desea no más ser representada por esta unión.

Si los empleados infrascritos componen el 50% o más de la unidad de negociación representada por el Local 26 UNITE AQUÍ, los empleados infrascritos piden por la presente que ARAMARK en Fenway Park retire el reconocimiento de esta unión inmediatamente, pues no disfruta de la ayuda de una mayoría de empleados en la unidad de negociación.
