Keep land in ALR!!! 33rd 32a 264a 266a and 268 won't be able to handle all trucks during construction Parkside at capacity not a wise move. Focus on town of aldergrove first before you even consider any more housing.

I have love on 32 ave for 30 plus years. Our community can't handle more homes and residence. The traffic flow in our town already is terrible. Our Dr's and clinics are already at capacity. Our local hospitals can't handle the load of citizens presently either .
