Plz.allow every re entry people of Basilan to enter ur city w/o pcr test. Not all d people can afford, instead paying for pcr test better to buy for their daily needs. Various we can't control but what will people do just to follow all d protocols!

To our beloved mayor of Zamboanga City, we are appealing for your compassion and humanitarian consideration by way removing your guidelines of NO SWAB NO ENTRY to Zamboanga City. Could you just imagine, out of hundred of LGU in the southern philippines, it seems that only zamboanga city who impised a very rigid policy of no swab no entry policy. You must always remember, that our economy is almost slowing down, people are hungry and suffering from poverty. BASULTA area are one of the major contributors of economic development of Zamboanga City. You must stop discriminating us. Allign your guidelines with National IATF whose guidelines are flexible and humane unlike in Zamboanga city. Again we are appealing for your understanding to cancel your policy of No Swab No Travel police, because majority of government workers from Basilan in BARMN and other part of the philippines are needed most to pass by Zamboanga Citt. My apology for having this appeal for every body's common good and objective.. Thank you may God Bless us all
