Backstory: Started playing cornhole 3 years ago only going to events that used Scoreholio until I heard about the ACL and met Stuart Curtis. Since then I have participated in many ACL events, traveling to many other States to play. Do to this suspension of my ACL director, I am questioning my participation with the ACL. It is my opinion that his suspension is unwarranted and if nothing else a little excessive. The acl is not only punishing our director but inadvertently punishing our cornhole community. He has paved the way for many. Giving us places to play every day if we so choose. He has been an asset to your organization. I am am sincerely asking you to reconsider his suspension.

I’ve never had issues with Stuart In any way.trying to keep everyone happy is an impossible task,but I think Stuart does a pretty solid job.he helped me along with many other get into the ACL.lets. get him back where he belongs.i support Stuart.

From vermont but have played in the regional in ny. I know and have played with many of the players who have gone to Stuart's tournaments regularly and From what I've learned about this man without him the sport wouldn't even be close to what it has become in upstate ny. This entire situation is b.s.

I am signing this petition because I believe the Capital Region cornhole community deserves fairness, transparency, and consistency in leadership decisions. Stuart Curtis has played a significant role in building and sustaining organized ACL play in our region, and many players have benefited from his time, effort, and commitment over the years.
While accountability is important, so is due process. Allegations or concerns should be reviewed through a clear, impartial process that allows all parties the opportunity to respond and that applies consistent standards across all levels of leadership. An open and fair review would help restore confidence, protect the integrity of the league, and support the long-term health of cornhole in our region.

Stuart Curtis has single handily built one of the largest communities of cornhole in New York and puts on league nights during the week. He has put a large amount of time into the community and players and created many opportunities for us as well. The suspension is very foolish and seems very vindictive from our state director.
