We, the undersigned, write to request that the Maryland General Assembly pass Senate Bill 938 and that Governor Larry Hogan sign this legislation into law. SB 938 would prohibit the Public Service Commission from taking final action on any application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity for the construction of a land-based wind generating station that will be wholly or partly located in Kent County until the County Commissioners of Kent County have approved the construction of the generating station
