Worst news I have heard yet from club Corp, and that is saying a lot.

2 steps forward and 4 steps back...I'm sure you've recognized the drop in dinner reservations by now and will continue to do so...of all the decision making that goes into an operation like our club it is one of the worst displayed. This Gentleman was the Club when we didn't have one, and now that it's up & running with the kitchen he envisioned for US you decide to take the low road and fire him. He is not the human resource Dept. Take the corporate BS and politics out this and give this great man and his family back the position he earned!

Chef Jess was one of the best hires! His empathy for all of us homeless families was first class! KCC has been through its share of chefs and when he came on, it was evident he was here for all the right reasons. Please bring him back!

If Jess was to be "punished" for not knowing he was hiring illegals, there is something wrong with the process, the corporation's human resources or the punishment. Jess is the best we have had and I have been a member for 44 years.

I would hate to see Chef Jesse leave after he stuck with the club all through the mess after Harvey. He is extremely well liked by the members, and would it would be a huge loss for the club to let him go.

He not only made the food better than ever but he came out and jump started my car in the parking lot one day after Harvey. Please get him back on the team. We had stopped eating at the club before Jess came and he brought us back with the new, greater menu and best tasting food.

He has turned the food quality at the club completely around and we can tell when he's not at the helm. Please bring him back so we can continue to come to the club for dinner rather than visiting other establishments for our nights out.

Chef Jess is an absolutely superior chef. He has been a asset to the club and it’s membership. Working through really horrid conditions following the flood of 2017. He stepped up and performed exceptionally well under terrible temporary facilities. I’d like to see him back at Kingwood or the Deerwood club.

Chef Jess is the best chef this club has ever had. Creative in designing food regular people like to eat, that can be prepared consistently AND efficiently. Keeping up with evolving wants of the members while not being stuck in the past. Who else could pull off cooking for the Lakeside Terrance out of a food truck so effectively as Chef Jess did for over a year?? We dine there because he is a star. Allow people to accept responsibility and grow from lessons learned. Errors don’t have to always be fatal. These are big shoes to fill and I wouldn’t be surprised if the dining participation declines going forward.

He was just the best chef we ever had and a super nice person. Everybody loved him & he deserves a second chance if he will take the club back

I don’t understand all the issues around the lose if Chef Jess but it is difficult to believe that what ever the issue was would justify ClubCorp to force him to leave. He has been one of the bright spots during the trying times of the rebuild and the food services. Bring him back.

Chef Jess has transformed the culinary offerings of the Clubs of Kingwood in the last two years. The first of which he provided out of a food truck often in one-hundred degree heat. I have been a member for many years and the number one weakness of the Club has always been the food! And then finally we had a Chef who made the food exciting and able to satisfy the multigenerational families that are our members. He had worked above and beyond from his first day here. Whatever happened to make him resign is very distressing, I would request the CCA give this man a second chance. Who hasn’t needed one in their life? Let’s help someone worthy.

Beautifully written and absolutely correct! He fed our hearts from a trailer when there was NOTHING else to keep us there.
