I am currently compiling our collected signatures to present them directly to the administration. Please email your department head today to insist that a full-time Sustainability Coordinator is a necessary investment for our campus future.

Sustainability is the future. Oxy should be a leader not following behind other schools.
Totally agree. A full time person would make a huge difference in how we manage energy and waste. Let's get this done.
DO IT. WASTE IS EVERYWHERE ON CAMPUS.
Oxy needs to put their money where their mouth is. We always talk about being green but where is the actual office to lead the way?
it is honestly embarrassing that we don't have someone full time for this yet. time to catch up with pomona and the rest of the pack.

we really need this. sustainability work is too much for volunteers to handle on top of a full course load
