We, the undersigned, are opposed to the proposed zoning change for the “Firetree South” subdivision from R1-B (Single Family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for the 9.41-Acre tract of land in the Southeast Quarter (SE l /4) of Section 33, Township 14 South, Range 20 East in the City of Baldwin City, Douglas County, Kansas. We urge the City Council to accept the Planning Commission’s recommendation to deny the proposed zoning change.
