I have lived in Lake Manor for more than 35 years and heartedly reject including the Chatsworth reservoir and the Chatsworth nature preserve into the proposed West Hills community plan. The minute you drive north of Roscoe you know that you are in a different community… my community.

The Chatsworth reservoir is a nature preserve and should never be developed or built upon. Shame on anyone who tries to do so. Do not ruin this special, natural area for the sake of more cookie cutter greed-based development.

This area is like night and day compared to West Hills, plus the Chatsworth nature preserve has nothing in common with them! Why would West Hills think anyone would go along with this!!! And, more importantly, why would West Hills want to do this period?
