If 55 houses are built, extra school places and school field is needed. This is just sheer greed

Schools doctors and other vital amenities are already busting at the seams... but apart from that you want to take away the playing field too...? Nah

No more building on our tiny bit of countryside. We are over populated in Benfleet Thundersley. I was born here and the population has exploded and every bit of green belt and nature that brought us and been taken away .

Children need open space to play, explore and breath fresh air. We don’t need more houses in an already built up area.

Not suitable for this area, money should be spent on new school building for our children and grandchildrens futures.

A new school should be built on this land not houses. Surrounding roads are busy enough as it is.

This is already a busy over developed area with very little green space for our children! Don’t take more for houses.

We do not need another housing estate. We already have problems with parking and traffic congestion.

Parking, traffic congestion, long wait for doctors appointments are already huge problems in Hadleigh. The proposed plans concern me greatly, noise and light pollution from suggested development will be detrimental to the local community. A development so close to an infant school raises safeguarding concerns too.
