Petition from Civil Servants holders of a PhD degree to the Cameroonian Government

It is a marginalization or even the class stigmatization of society by the power in place.

I think that the gouvernment should take a listen to the public servant holder of ph.D. what we need is to have the opportunity to serve our nation in the higher level. The State should just vote a law that enables the transfer to higher institutions for all the holder of Ph. D who have the Ph.D. we want to go further, but the state seems to stop or limit ourselves to secondary education. Whereas we further the studies because we want to go further. The state should listen our complain by give us a favorable answer. By recruting us automatically.

Humble Request Civil servants and PhD holders deserve to be treated with dignity and pride. I kindly suggest that they be retained within their current work environment, granted opportunities for status upgrades and allowed fair avenues for grade progression. Civils servants PHD holders aren't against the recruitment of job seeker PHD holders. MERITOCRACY SHOULD BE THE ONLY CRITERION. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WE HOPE THE GOVERNMENT KNOWS WHAT TO DO TO AVOID SUCH A DISCRIMINATION ON THE ONGOING AND UP COMING RECRUITMENT IN THE STATES UNIVERSITIES
