This appears to be a case of a judge filling a private prison with inmates and frank corruption. It is abuses of this nature that make justice system a joke, clog the system and bog it down, and deny true justice to those deserve it. Assembly line justice is justice denied.

This whole thing is just gross. The system is rigged against anyone who cant afford a high priced lawyer and it shows. Hope this gets overturned soon.

The public defender really failed him here. Total lack of basic defense. Needs to be dismissed.
