I work for the public and would've LOVED an ASL class! It seems like an important part of the Liberal Arts education.

Sign language should be offered to all students. We are in a time where ASL is becoming prominent in our society. Not offering ASL is limiting the knowledge of students.

It seems silly that W&M doesn't already offer ASL courses for credit. We should remedy this situation as soon as possible!

I really hope this happens!!! Initiating sign language on campus could be the portal to making William and Mary even more inclusive then it already is.

I agree that American Sign Language is a widely used legitimate language and should be taught at W&M. in teaching deaf culture, though, be inclusive of all methods of communication used across the U.S.
