I'm glad to have found this petition as there may be other underlying reasons for the scenes not being released onto DVD. Such deleted scenes should only add more entertainment value to an already great movie

I love Rik Mayall's work, and it made sense to cast him as Peeves, just s shame we never got to see it! I only think it's right to release it, especially as Rik had to go through a lot to get his scenes actually filmed, just for them to cut his part out! They did it with many good scenes, i.e the rest of Harry's potion class. But the scenes with Peeves is deffiantly what we wanna see, and it'll be another thing we can have as a memory of Rik!
