Petition for Ward Demarcation*

To : IEC and Polokwane Municipality

We, the undersigned residents of Ward 13/Community of ext 126, 127, 129, 133 and 134, respectfully petition for the demarcation of our ward.

Our community has grown significantly, and the current ward boundaries no longer accurately reflect our needs.

We request that the ward boundaries be adjusted/created to a new ward that'll be the 46th ward in the Polokwane Municipality.

Since our extensions are still new and with similar challenges we believe it's about time we have our own leader who understands our frustrations more especially with regard to service delivery. Unlike falling under wards from areas(Zones) that are well serviced and developed.

We have gathered signatures (addresses, Full names and Contacts) from community members in support of this petition.

We believe that ward demarcation will greatly benefit our community and improve our quality of life. We urge you to consider our request.
