نحن عملاء فودافون مصر و فخورين بانتمائنا لتلك الشركة المتميزة، نطالب شركة فودافون بتحسين بعض من خدماتها التي تدهورت بشدة مؤخرا رغم تقديرنا لمجهوداتهم في الحفاظ على مستوى الخدمة.

أولا- خدمة البيانات التي أصبحت بطيئة للغايه نتيجة الضغط الشديد وبطء التوسع.

ثانيا- نطالب الشركة ببدء خطوات ادخال الجيل الرابع بأسرع وقت لاحتياجاتنا المتزايدة من سرعة نقل البيانات و ارتفاع معدل انتشار الأجهزة الذكية.

ثالثا- نطالب بتعديل خطط أسعار البيانات بشكل يتناسب مع الاحتياجات الحالية للعملاء.

رابعا- ننظر إلى حال العملاء في دول العالم والامتيازات التي يحصلون عليها مثل أحدث الأجهزة بأسعار رمزية مقابل خطط الأسعار الشهرية و نتمنى أن يحظى المستهلك المصري بفرص مشابهة خصوصا و أن أغلب المشتركين ممن يبدون الولاء لنفس الشبكة لسنوات طويلة.

1) 3G data services speeds are extremely affected due to congestion and lack of expansions.

2) We urge the company to start plans for immediate 4G adoption because of the increasing high speed data needs, and the high smart phone penetration rate across Egypt.

3) We demand for revolutionized data rate plans on par with the points above; of which will be of good interest for both the clients and the mobile operator as to widen the data-clients-base.

4) Most of us are loyal clients who like to stay with the same provider; we see US and European mobile operators and we can't do but feel disappointed for not having similar On-Contract handsets offers; of which clients are able to own the latest mobile phones provided they stay with the operator for a set period of time. We are in bad need for such deals in Egypt.
