The person who grades the WA is anonymous. And free to do all harms unlike the discussion forum topics. Need the attention of the university.

It's heart breaking to always write to our instructors every week re assess our work to ensure we get the required grades. Most of our peers are preoccupied with other things which makes them just rush assessment without critically analyzing the information presented

I suggest that the discussion grades should be visible to the students being marked, and that the written assignment's assessment should be 70%-instructor and 30%-peers.
