I am starting this petition due to serious concerns regarding our recent annual HOA meeting. Many homeowners, including myself, left the meeting disappointed and confused.

The meeting lacked structure and spent a significant amount of time on unrelated topics, while the most important issues were not addressed at all, including:

• The current HOA budget

• Year-to-date expenses or 2026 Budget

• Upcoming projects and planned spending

As homeowners, we have a right to understand how our dues are being used and what financial plans are in place for our community.

What We Are Requesting:

  1. A special follow-up meeting focused ONLY on finances

2. A clear review of the current budget.

3.An explanation of any increases in expenses.

4. Updates on planned or upcoming projects and not just Google optics cable.

5.Transparency regarding how HOA funds are being used.

None of these items were covered, and as a result, homeowners are left without the information we need to understand how our dues are being managed.
