The day after the breakthrough of the Salonika Front, German Emperor Wilhelm II sent a telegram to the Bulgarian
Tsar Ferdinand in which he stated:: "Disgraceful! 62,000 Serbs decided the war!".
On another occassion he stated also: Give me the Serbian army and I will win this war.
