I have very dear Mormon friends. Harry Reid gives Mormonism a horrible name. He is NOT a good person and does not represent decency, he's proven himself anything BUT honest. His treatment of Mitt Romney is shameful. His donations to the church should have NOTHING to do with allowing him to be a member. Do the RIGHT thing.

How can anyone respect the Mormon Church and its beliefs when it ignores a influential person like Harry Reid supporting just about everything the Mormon Church is suppose to stand for. It is total embarrassment.

Harry Reid has done more to damage the name of the church than John Dehlin. Everytime someone learns Harry Reid is a Mormon they say, wow, he is against almost everything your church believes in.

I have wondered for some time why nothing was ever said, when it seemed so obvious that he was not keeping the standards of the church.

The U.S. Forest Service is considering approval for a mega-development on the outskirts of the majestic Grand Canyon—a project the superintendent of Grand Canyon National Park has called one of the greatest threats in the 96-year history of the park.
The Stilo Development Group, based in Italy, has proposed a sprawling urban development for the tiny town of Tusayan, near the southern edge of the Grand Canyon, which would include more than 2,100 housing units and 3 million square feet of retail space along with hotels, a spa, and conference center.
"This proposal is not in the public interest and is one of the greatest threats Grand Canyon National Park has seen in its history."
—Kevin Dahl, National Parks Conservation Association
However, the acreage for which this complex is planned is surrounded by federally owned forest lands. So, in order for development to proceed, Stilo needs a federal permit to expand road and utility access to the properties through public lands within the nearby Kaibab National Forest, which abuts both the North and South Rims of the Grand Canyon.
The Forest Service officially began moving forward with the process to approve that special-use permit on Friday.
In turn, environmentalists and conservation advocates expressed outrage. Not only

He personifies the worst of politicians. It would have helped the country if Bill Clinton had been excommunicated by the Southern Baptist Church following his adulterous affair became public but they, like many churches today do not want to upset their "reputations" and money flow.

I am a Mormon and as I have watched Harry Reid do his thing in his political position I have been appalled at some of the things he has said and I can't believe he is a mormon with the same things I have been taught in the church. I have been totally ashamed of the man. Then when he lied about Mitt Romney that was the straw that broke the camels back. I have nothing in my heart left for this man. He almost seems evil.
