Members of my family who are NOT LDS. . . .are in shock that Harry Reid is a member. Their opinion of him is very low. Because they are not LDS they are vehement that Reid should not be a Mormon. They say it almost ruins their impression of the Church.

While it is not for me to judge another person I can take note of their actions. He takes pride in his lies and misdeeds because they serve the ends he seeks, which are not in line with what is taught in the Church. If the LDS Church does nothing to one who so flagrantly violates the covenants he made with God then it would be condoning his actions and saying that as a whole the Church does not really support God's laws

This Senator had not executed his duties faithfully nor has he been ethical or had the best interest of the citizens or our country at heart.

We need to collectively stand up for our leaders to know our expectations for honesty and integrity. Harry Reid is only the tip of the iceberg but needs to be taken our of office now.
