We, the undersigned residents, tenants, homeowners, businesses, and stakeholders within the Glenwood area, hereby formally petition for the consideration, approval, and onboarding of a new Internet Service Provider (ISP) to service the existing Fiber Optic infrastructure within our community.

This petition is submitted in the interest of improving internet accessibility, affordability, service reliability, customer support, network performance, and consumer choice for all residents and businesses connected to the Glenwood Fiber Optic Lines.

Reasons for the Petition

The current internet service arrangements have presented several concerns and limitations, including but not limited to:

• Limited ISP options available to residents
• Slow customer support response times
• Frequent service interruptions and downtime
• Lack of competitive service offerings
• Inadequate upload/download speeds for modern business and home requirements
• Demand for improved fiber packages and flexible service plans
• Need for enhanced technical support and faster fault resolution
