Noise pollution coming from loud videokes, playing loud music, people loitering in the streets chatting, shouting while drinking or playing games. Children playing in the street at late hours. Making the street for playing games, dance rehearsals, and zumba disturbing the neighborhood.

This is an Appeal for Urgent Action Required to Address Noise Pollution and Protect Citizens' Rights the ones Recognized by the Law Dear Philippine Government, the President, the Senate, the Congress, the Local Government, and the law enforcer. This is to bring your attention to a matter of great concern that affects the well-being and quality of life of countless citizens, in our country because of noise pollution. The right to live in a peaceful community and healthful ecology is an essential aspect enshrined in our Constitution which guarantees every Filipino citizen a safe and comfortable living environment. However, the rampant noise pollution occurring in various parts of our country severely compromises this fundamental right. Noise pollution emanates from various sources such as construction sites loud vehicles commercial establishments and even residential areas. Countless citizens including myself have been experiencing sleep disturbances increased stress levels and adverse effects on our mental and physical well-being due to excessive noise pollution. Furthermore, noise pollution violates the rights of individuals to enjoy their private spaces undisturbed and peacefully. It disrupts concentration at work or school impairs communication and creates an inhospitable environment for residents. As concerned citizens, we believe that it is the government's responsibility to assert and enforce noise pollution-related laws for the protection and well-being of its citizens. Despite the presence of laws and regulations aimed at curbing noise pollution the lack of strict enforcement has allowed the problem to persist unabated. The Philippine Government must take immediate and decisive action to combat this issue effectively. The government must conduct rigorous monitoring and enforcement of noise pollution-related laws. This will require assistance from relevant agencies such as the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Departm
