I don't like noise. I have PTSD.

My neighbor is a pain in the neck. It has been aporoximately 7 years since they, together with their equally irritating family & friends have been robbing me and my family of sleep. As a result, I am now virtually suffering from Insomnia. Reporting my dilemma to the local government is of no use since these boisterous, good for nothing low lifes have no respect at all to those who live nearby especially to the local authorities. Is it bad to yearn for peace and quiet after a hard days work? The drunkards are habitual noise makers espescially when they've had enough alcohol and drugs in their system. Once they get high, they would howl like wolves, laugh eerily and scream like they own the whole barangay. Most of these nitwits are joblesss, several of them- dopeheads. Drinking sessions and making terrible, unbearable noise till the wee hours of the morning have become habitual. Spreading rumors excite them. They are always delighted to discuss stories not of their own but of the lives of many families they fancy. Worst, they are so good on intimidating people so that no one will have the courage to report their wrongdoings to the administration. The list goes on. I really pray that the government will approve the petition concerning noise pollution. Please penalize them with a hefty sum, put them behind bars and send copies of their faces to mainstream media so that everyone would be aware of their evil ways. It is about time people like me stand and be counted to put an end to a very serious environmental issue which is noise pollution. Maraming salamat po.

Dapat lagi silang may mga nakalagay ng mga posters palagid.. at lagyan ng telephone number kung san pwd magreklamo.. Grabe sakit sa taengan. Video kihan, mga malalaking speaker. Akala mo may discohan araw araw. Nakaka weak ng katawan ang ingay SUPER DUPER. ... Parang gusto mo na lang lagyan ung taenga mo ng unan. Poster talaga para mabasa nila. Lahat ng knato lagyan.
