This petition is to have a Red Light installed at FM 2090 and Morgan Drive In Splendora Tx. Due to high rate of accidents several with fatalities
And difficulty accessing FM 2090 from Morgan Drive we need to have a Red Light installed for safety precautions. Also, with the school traffic in the mornings and afternoons it takes an unacceptable amount of time to get in and out of the neighborhood. Turning from FM 2090 is dangerous as well due to the poor sight lines.

I have been reviewing the recent accident reports regarding this intersection to prepare my formal submission to the county officials. Your documentation of the daily hazards at FM 2090 and Morgan Drive provides essential evidence as we continue to press for these safety improvements.

Being the closest neighborhood to our local schools we need the light! Not just for the neighborhoods protection but for the protection of these young high school drivers that pass our neighborhood everyday. It is dangerous
Need it for our children's safety more people we have moving to splendora more cars and morning and afternoon u csnt get out.We Need A Red Light Here !!!! Please before someone gets hurt or killed. 19 of my children and grandchildren are going or have graduated here.weve lived here over 45yrs.And This Is The Eorst I've Ever Seen So Many Cars and People here..
Lived here almost 40 yrs and seen do many accidents here just a few months ago my own grandaughter st 17 had one .There is no way to get out in mornings the school traffic is so bad u take chances .I dont like having to take a chance w I have grandchildren in my car something needs to be done we need a light bad there.its our children and grandchildren I worry about dailey.
During school the morning is so dangerous trying to leave off of Morgan Drive to get into 2090. Nobody lets you out and you can sit there forever. I refuse to go to my moms house because I’m scared I will get caught in that traffic. They also drive like its. Freeway. They definitely need a light there. God forbid there is an emergency because the students and their parents will not let you get off Morgan Drive.
I was hoping when they installed a light at the high school we would me next. It’s sad when you have to schedule a time around when you can get out of the neighborhood.
We really do need this light..
It takes us 30 minutes at times to ge tour of our neighborhood

It’s very dangerous every morning taking my kids to school. It takes over 20 mins to get off Morgan please we need a light at Morgan and 2090
