I see people doing more time than that when there are no victims, or blood, or ambulances, or funerals!

He should not be let out early on parole! Two years is not enough punishment for killing that young innocent girl!!

Everyone please share and sign Hailey Kings petition. The petition will be given to the judge. They will show the people who signed and all the comments. So please sign and comment. We cant let this man get back on the streets. Not only does Hailey need Justice but so does Osmin whos life was forever changed because of this man. Hailey King, 18, of Fayetteville, died at Washington Regional Medical Center. Osmin David Gutierrez, 20, of Springdale, was injured and both his legs had to be amputated. Hailey and Osmin were riding the scooter south on Crossover Road. Rodriguez was driving a red Chevrolet Silverado and hit the scooter from behind as it approached the intersection. Rodriguez was driving over the speed limit and went more than 250 feet with King on the hood of his pickup before she fell off, according to court documents. Rodriguez turned right on Zion, dragging the scooter and Gutierrez under his pickup, then turned into Valley View Apartments where Gutierrez came loose. This mans lawyer stated "This was a horrible tragedy, and my client is very remorseful for his actions and inactions," Weber said. "We hope by pleading and getting a term of years, this brings some satisfaction and closure to the victims." He had no remorse for what he did to these young souls, our friends and their families. If he truly had remorse he would have stopped and helped them. Had he stopped the vehicle on initial impact and got them help right away hailey might still be alive and Osmin might not have lost his legs. We will never ever have closure. This man destroyed lives and dreams and they want to set him free before his sentence is up. Gutierrez, sitting in a wheelchair, said he has forgiven Rodriguez, but his dreams have turned into nightmares. "He might be going to prison but I'll be incarcerated in my own body for life, which is a result of him deciding not to stop," Gutierrez said. "Anxiety, despair, isolation, depression, frustration, vanity, angu

No one deserves to die like this especially a young girl barely 18 life gone too soon. 2 years for taking 1 and a half life is kinda like a slap in the face. You are sentencing these victims family and friends a way longer and harder time than the man behind the wheel. It's time we hold people accouuntible for actions.

Hailey was one of my best friends and did not deserve what happened! No one does! She left her daughter to grow up without a mother! And for the man he injured he will constantly have to live his life hurting and never feeling the same.
