No Parole. Prisoner is lucky to be alive and living in the luxury of our US prison system. A life for a life.

He hasn’t served enough time for the crime he committed.

If you had any idea what this does to a family, you would keep him in jail.

Given the extreme violence and hatred of this crime, please stand in service to JUSTICE and block any attempts at parole.

I am conflicted in signing this petition! I feel that this convict has had his time in prison and has paid his dues to the court that sentenced him! I do however feel that the young girl and her family have also suffered unbelievable pain at the Los of this beautiful young lady. That said, if it is within the per view of the court to release this man after time served, so be it. I will say that this man is a poor excuse for a human being due to his terrible decision to run over those two people and, without conscience, drive away from the scene leaving these two young people to die without conscience. I therefore wish to beg the court to continue this man detainment until such a time he can truly be aware of the lives he has affected by his actions and feel true remorse for same. Otherwise, keep him incarcerated until such a time he can show and feel true remorse. We have enough evil people out here and certainly don’t need more!

This man definitely needs to be in prison for life for the crime he convicted and the family deserves nothing but justice being served for Hailey and David..

Too many people are being let out that destroy other peoples lives with no remorse. Don't let this one out. He will do it again.

He intentionally took a life from an 18yr old girl, he should never see the light of day.

Parole at anything under 15 years is an invitation to commit crime

I was who she was riding with and all I have to say is he could have stopped and it WOULD have been an "accident". His action to flee made it a crime, regardless of what happened before. We are not God to decide who deserves what. So, to those who keep attacking Hailey's Family or me because of our past indiscretions; realize it holds no logical or intrinsic value to the discussion of whether he deserves to be set free or not. It would be biased to consider all of our pasts in the judgement of his freedom. The only "past" we should consider is the incident itself and how he reacted to it. Has he done anything to merit his freedom? Should we so easily hand him the freedom he denied me and ESPECIALLY Hailey? I don't think so...not by a long shot. I was only barely 18 when I was in that *consensual* (with consent) relationship with a minor who was -already- sexually active before I got with her. I got 10 years probation, and Sergio only got 6 years for what he did to me alone, and -*WITHOUT*- consent I might add (as if it needed clarifying). & That's not even taking into consideration what he did to Hailey (again, without consent). He only got 10 years for what he did to her. You can't tell me he was so belligerent that he couldn't hear my screams after Hailey was -without a doubt- slung off. Oh, and someone said they can't prove she was on the hood? Ok, well she didn't end up UNDER the vehicle with me, or in the middle of the road. She ended up on the shoulder of the road because she rolled *OFF* (that means she WAS on something, like I don't know, the truck and not down under with me and the moped). He must have not been impaired enough to park his car away from the crime scene and flee. If I only hadn't hung on for my dear life under the undercarriage of the front of the F-150 truck, he would have SURELY drove away as he DID. He most likely planned to flee the scene as he FOR SURE did. I, for -sure- don't want him to be free, and nobody would either if they were me,

The way your family has harrassed mine after Sergio killed my sister is unreal. It's illegal. And I'm making sure the parole board sees every single message and every single comment. Three years you've been doing this. Hasn't your family caused enough harm? And maybe if you read the actual police report you would see who's making what up. My sister was on the hood of the truck for hundreds of yards. On his windshield. I'm sorry you've been lied to, but I'll be happy to send you the police reports and police reconstruction of the accident. He had a body in front of him. Directly in his vision. and kept going. He parked his car and walked passed David dying in the road reaching for help. I'm sorry you're so comfortable with what he did. He deserves to rot in prison. Just like anybody who defends a murder. And you're right, he did turn hisself in, AFTER HIS PICTURE WAS ALL OVER THE NEWS. and Hailey might have had drug charges, and Sergio was illegal. Nothing to do with anything that night besides a horrible person took an innocent life. And if drugs had ANYTHING to do with it, what part was Sergio playing then?

She got a life sentence for his actions the least that he could do is serve out the time he was givin for his actions. All actions have consequences and he should have to face his head on. I have seen many spend more time in prison for crimes less serious than this one.
