He should have gotten the death penalty. Minimum he should have no chance of parole with a life sentence.

Justice for Hailey and the gentleman that lost his legs. He didn’t even stop. 2 years is not nearly enough

No parole. Too short of time served.

He needs to stay in prison, so he is no longer a threat to Americans.

It is outrageous that this man who callously took the life of this beautiful young woman (and permanently maimed a young man) is already up for parole! He should certainly be required to serve his entire sentence. There are two concerns here: 1. justice; 2. the potential that he will once again be a danger to others. Please join me in calling for the State of Arkansas to do the right thing and keep this killer behind bars!

The victims and family deserve justice! He has in NO WAY served time just for his crimes. To release him at all would still be unjust but, to release him before he has served his original sentence would be totally irresponsible and an even worse crime being perpetrated on the families and public at large BY a system claiming to be just and lawful. I'm apaulled that the court would even entertain the idea of hearing the criminal in this matter!

No release !!! 2 years not long enough to rehabilitate such a person !! I will assume he is in the country illegally !

This criminal has not served enough time to pay for his depraved crime.

A young life, senselessly taken. Question the leniency with which this individual has been treated. He is here illegally. He took the life of a young woman and has destroyed the lives of others. How is this just?
