Petition for Scream 5

With the Weinstein brothers out of the way, Spyglass Media can easly complete the second half of the "new" trilogy with a 5th and 6th installments, all they need is the original cast and Kevin Williamson. Also get director David Gordon Green who is going to finish up the "new" Halloween trilogy, and get him to direct feature installments of the Scream franchise!

I am glad they are bringing back this franchise under Spyglass Entertainment. Neve, David, and Courtney have to return! You can not make a movie without the three originals withouth them being in it at any point or possibly killed off. Fans will be completely let down. Plus the TV series Scream was such a huge embarrassment to "Scream" those people did not know what they were doing. My final words/thoughts Scream 5 and also bring back Kevin Williamson!!!

Scream 5 should simply continue the story NO REBOOT!!! IN Scream 5 have the original cast return along with Judy Hicks and Kirby Reed and make one of them the bad girl or both! In Scream 6 Sidney's mother should be the final mastermind behind it all!!! A mother daughter showdown would shock fans!!!

Well, as long as they bring back the main cast Neve, David, and Courteney I am all for it! If they reboot it with a new cast it would be pointless!!!

If they reboot the Scream franchise, then it that would make Scream 4 pointless! Scream 4 already rebooted the franchise and there is no need to reboot it again!

This would be a great way to end the Scream franchise have all 3 characters live and drive off into the sunset as they leave Woodsboro, the end!

Yes! if Scream 5 is ever green-lit at Spyglass, I hope they get David Gordon Green to direct Scream 5! He did a brilliant job with Halloween 2018! So yeah get David Gordon Green for Scream 5!

I am glad that they are finally making a Scream 5! I love the Scream movies, they should continue in Wes Craven's honor! So I am glad that Spyglass is in early stages of Scream 5, and let's hope the main cast, Neve David and Courteney all comes back! Oh and I thnik they should get David Gordon Green to direct!

I was very satisfied the way how Scream 4 played out. Scream 4 is one of the best sequels in this franchise. I will always be "SCREAMING" for Scream 5. But with out Wes Craven it seems less likely than ever before. R.I.P. Wes Craven

If Scream 5 does happen, please don't kill off Sidney it would be a huge mistake and would be a complete mess. She has grown far too much with the audiences. Fans would not respond well too that. The character of Sidney Prescott is a true horror survivor in history. She has survived 4 films always got injured but without dying. I think Kevin Williamson needs to come back to the franchise and wrap everything up with Scream 5. Scream 5 needs to happen at some point.

My Scream 5 cast; Neve Campbell (Sidney Prescott), Dewey (David Arquette), Gail (Courteney Cox), Kibry Reed (Hayden Panettiere), and Deputy Judy Hicks (Marley Shelton). These are the characters that survived the events of Scream 4. I would love too see them all return for Scream 5 for one final go-around with Ghostface. We need Scream 5 at least to wrap up this beloved franchise.

I think John Carpenter should take over the Scream franchise and finish what Wes Craven started.

I believe that Kirby, Jill and maybe Charlie survived the events of Scream 4. But sadly we may never know if they even continue with the film franchise in the future. But they can still do Scream 5, the producers say that there is a "Slim Chance" but all us fans can do is just wait and see.

I think Dimension Films should buy Kevin Williamson's Scream 5 and 6 scripts, or at least Scream 5 script. Please bring back Kirby Reed (played by Hayden Panettiere) she is still alive though she was critically wounded at the end of Scream 4. She should return for Scream 5. Please make at least Scream 5 MTV's Scream is a lost cause now since the network rebooted it for it's third season shame on MTV.

Honestly, why don't Dimension Films and the Weinstein brothers not take the risk and make Scream 5? They have everything to gain and nothing else to lose, even if Scream 5 succeeds. Dimenision Films should approve Scream 5, just to wrap everything up.

I can't wait until they announce Scream 5. I've been waiting so long since Scream 4. Scream 5 has to happen at some point. Also please bring back Kirby Reed (played by Hayden Panettiere). I believe she survived Scream 4 and that she is the next key character for Scream 5.

"What's Your Favorite Scary Movie?" I love that like from all the Scream films. Even though Wes Craven sadly passed away I have to agree with one of the fans on here yes they should at least make Scream 5 in honnor of Wes Craven. Scream 5 should be made in a way because they left eveyone's story hanging at the end of Scream 4 and I think there is a way to finish everyone's story in a proper way. Please Dimension Films make Scream 5 happen even if it has to be the last film in the franchise. MTV runied the Scream (T.V. Show) by rebooting it's third season so we will never know what happend at the end of the season 2 finale. But yes.....I hope Dimension Films make Scream 5 at some point in the future.

I hope Scream 5 and 6 does happen at some point. As the film franchise entered into a new trilogy with Scream 4 being the most recent installment. Maybe Dimension Films is keeping Scream 5 and 6 on hold for now, or at least Scream 5.
