He needs to be held accountable for his irresponsible actions and serve the full sentence given.

He chose to get behind the wheel. This is the same as drinking and driving.

This is heartbreaking and infuriating at the same time. A year and a half would be such an insult to her family and society. It would send a message to us all that death and mayhem caused by willful impaired driving is just not that serious. When consequences are light nothing is learned and behavior won't change. Please deny his parole.

Unfortunately the victim does not get the chance to live her life with her children and family. This man made a choice and he needs to serve his full sentence.

How in the hell is this person up for parole? Why is parole an option? The justice system is seriously dysfunctional!

I'mtotally against him serving one day less than his sentence. He should serve his sentence with every minute. Amber did not deserve her life to be ended by this man.

Five years for manslaughter is pathetic, laughable. An innocent life was taken and countless hearts were shattered because of one fool's decision to get behind the wheel while under the influence of drugs. Was this woman's life worth only a measly five years? Come on.
