PETITION FOR ROAD DAMAGE REPAIR AT PERSIARAN SIERRA UTAMA 1.

Need to Repair damages as Soon as possible Because Its really terrible

1) Bad road conditions - Repair works not properly done. 2) Poor street lights conditions - Yellow street lights so dimmed & not suitable. Frequently faulty despite being repaired. Placed on the side road where there were lots of trees blocking the brightness of the street lights.

Road uneven causing vehicle accident and damaged

Roads are damaged due to heavy vehicles and also dusty conditions. Repaired roads does not last long and within a few days damaged again

launching another shiny project while still ignoring the basic mess you’ve caused? The daily lorries are still damaging the roads, the cycling path is a joke, and some of us nearby are enjoying free ‘wall cracking’ from your piling works. Maybe finish cleaning up the last disaster before promoting a new one?

Road conditions are really bad and no proper fix or solution to road condition. Developer only care about getting more money by selling new houses but do not care about the welfare of those living there. Serious action need to be taken on developer if issue persist.

The road access in 16 Sierra area is badly damaged by heavy trucks in out from the construction site caused concern on road safety and most likely already have some mishaps on road users!

Road condition is bad and giving us experience like ATV ride. This will cause damage to the vehicles of residents along this road. Although it's hard for us to provide evidence but generally this is common sense situation.

Bad road condition

White line on the tar road has disappear around the shop houses area. And the road condition very bad everytime we come out from Sierra 6.

White lines & direction arrow on the tar road around Zentro Residences, LL Mart & 99 Speed Mart has disappear. A lot cars are driving in the middle of the road and this has post danger to the car driving from the other directions.

The road conditions are extremely bad & it’s a great hazard especially during night time with poor lighting. We need prompt action from the responsible party which is the developer before something worst happens.

Roads are terrible, everyday were causing more damage to our vehicles and its just an accident away from causing someone their life

The way home road +street light condition very poor

Lush Development Sdn Bhd i.e. a subsidiary of IOI Corporation Berhad listed company. The called themselves TRUSTED developers. We of Sierra 6 residence looking forward for an explanation on the road damage that had affected the residence since beginning of year 2025 that has affected the repair costs on our vehicles and inconveniences caused by the overloaded lorries consistently damaged the roads. We are seeking your consideration to use alternative routes for these heavy lorries to load/ unload the heavy building materials in and out of the Sierra 5 and 7 development projects immediately.

I’m happy that 16 Sierra will continue to develop into a better township. However, during the construction period, the roads keep getting damaged, and the repairs are poorly done — they keep deteriorating again and again. The road condition from Sierra 6 exit to Sierra Fresco is terrible. I really hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
