The NY State Gaming Commission is solely responsible for the New York Lottery. It is not a joint venture with the Town of Hamburg and therefor the entire cost must be borne by the State. The cost to the Town is evident in the Video Lottery Terminal Host fees and payment must not be unilaterally withdrawn by the State.

Please respect the wishes of the residents who are affected negatively by your decisions. It is unfair of you to ignore our needs when you are so far removed from the dynamics of our town. Where do you intend to find new money to supplement this nearly one million dollar deficit you are creating? NY is bigger than just NYC and we all matter just as much as those citizens. Treat your state equally and give a damn about the rest of us.

Please restore the Host Fees. You operate within Hamburg and should pay for the privilege just like everyone else who pays taxes.

Do not do to the towns, that host NY Gaming, what the Seneca's have done to municipalities that hosted their casinos.
