I personally don't want to have a new person next to me everyday. I also don't want to have to race to school everyday just to even get a parking spot.

There should be reserved parking for insurance reasons because if one's car were to be in an accident, they wouldn't know who had done the "crime" because there would more than likely be a new person parked next to them every day.
