We as the Undersigned United States Citizens signing this Petition

Do hereby formally request for changes to be made to Article II, Section 2, of the United States Constitution granting enumerating powers to elect the entire Presidential Cabinet to the United States citizens of America. We feel these positions should not be enumerated by a President or congressional body but rather the enumerated powers should be granted to the United States Citizens through an electoral process being voted into office of the Presidential Cabinet. We as the Undersigned citizens do hereby petition our courts and implore our Honorable Justices to make these changes allowing We The People as citizens of the United States to vote into the Presidential Cabinet along with Voting for the President the following positions held within, the Vice President and the heads of 15 executive departments — the Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs, as well as the Attorney General.
