Ms. Good is a very good teacher, and if it's not too late, she deserves to stay, or at the very least, know why she has to leave.

**Caring. It's spelt with a C, not a K.

I am not familiar with Mrs. Good. However, I feel that you must respect her wishes. She has said herself that she does not want to continue at SRRHS. I do not blame her. There is no worse feeling than working somewhere where you are not respected and the eyes are always on you just waiting for "something" to happen. I applaud the students for standing up and making their voices heard but in the end we need to let her go so that she may be happy. I wish you luck in your future teaching and never stop being who you are!!

Ms. Good is my favorite teacher. She is the only english teacher that I actually learned something about english and remembered. It used to be they would teach it and I would forget it. Even if Ms. Good leaves SRRHS I will always have a place in my heart for my favorite english teacher. She is nice, caring, makes connections with people and she talks about real life not just the education. She is a role model to me and though it would be sad to see her go, if she is unhappy here then she should go to a place that makes her happy. She deserves it for being an amazing teacher.

First off just wanted to say Ms Good is great teacher and role model to not only me but to all students. She teaches not only a language class but even more importantly she taught me how to respect people from different culture and how to become a better person.

Hello, kids, First of all, let me respond to your fierce loyalty to me. Thank you! I'm thankful that I inspired in you the kind of way that makes you ACT. Please, continue to act in an appropriate way such as this when you believe wrong has been committed. When you see wrong and do nothing, you're a part of it. Here's the root of my leaving SRRHS. I'm the first to admit that I haven't been totally happy at the school. I'm far more used to an urban, diverse environment. You guys know that I stick out at SRRHS. That's because my culture is different. In my culture, we're louder & more direct, We crack jokes even in serious situations to relieve discomfort. We praise each other often, but we also tell each other the hard truths, not to be rude--to work out a pathway to better choices in the future. SRRHS is not the place for me. I felt it from the first week of school. It is a WONDERFUL place for many, many people. That was not my experience. And that's okay! I want to teach in a more culturally diverse environment. You guys have heard me say that the past two weeks. I miss walking down hallways with my Latino, black, and Asian brothers and sisters. I miss teaching in a school where we love each other in a way that allows us to say when "you actin' a fool." I appreciate your appropriate voicing of your opinions! But rumors about why my contract wasn't renewed don't help because in the end, I was told "you're not the fit we were looking for," and I agree. That doesn't mean you can't have STORM PRIDE! You are beautiful human beings, and I hope to see you succeed in making deep and lasting changes to our crazy, wonderful world. Peace and love to all, Ms. Good

Not everyone is going to like you. That's life. But for a teacher to go out of their way to reach out and actually interact with us, means a lot. She is helping these kids come out of their shell instead of just grading their assignments. Not everyone likes her, but the kids who do, she means everything to them.

Horrible mistake. Ms. Good was by far one of the best English teachers I have ever had in this district. She was everyone's favorite part of the day and she never failed to give a pep talk if you were feeling down, or a compliment to boost your confidence. I've heard they made this decision due to inappropriate language but I know as a fact you could ask any SRRHS student and they could name a teacher or two who have made drastically worse comments or slurs. But that's none of my business. I hope they learn what a poor decision this was she is a great educator and has not only taught me how to be a responsible student, but to care about others and to be a good member of society along the way.

She inspired me to get out of the rut that was my life. Now I've blossomed into something better than I could have imagined. She's wonderful.

I find it silly that this school would even consider firing this bright, outgoing, and so very caring woman. She is not only a great teacher but a great human being.

Ms. Good is a great teacher, and even if she doesn't stay at SRRHS, Then I believe she should be able to work anywhere she wants.

I don't go to Sauk rapids but I have friends there who practically praise her, don't fire a teacher who inspires students to exceed

Ms. Good actually taught me something that I remembered and learned. That hasn't happened to me since 3rd grade. You are making a mistake firing the best teacher in the building.

I don't have her but many of my friends say that she makes language fun for them.
