The Parks and Rec Dept. does an excellent job with limited funds. With the large number of small neighborhood parks to maintain, the city needs to provide more money earmarked for these.

Our natural park areas need not be manicured, but P&R needs a policy of eliminating invasives. Citizens need to be able to help in this effort.

Raleigh's parks are one of its greatest assets. We need to keep the parks well-maintained with sufficient staff and resources.
