Mold legislation should be a no brainer for those who truly value life. Molds/mycotoxins are the root cause of many illnesses not just Asthma! It’s linked to Cancer, Mast Cell, Thyroid issues, endocarditis, gastrointestinal disease, Autism, Alzheimer’s and so much more. Start Protecting the constituents by passing this.

I think it's sad that the state of Florida won't take the mold problem in buildings seriously it has made me sick also and we need them to help us.

Very true Brother. Mold in spaces that we share privately or publicly needs to be protected from the owner of that facility. Halifax was the dirtiest hospital I have ever seen and Cancun Hospital was better and cleaner.

There was mold in the bathroom at Halifax hospital while my mom was dying of flesh eating virus that she got while being there.

Yes Sir. That gym is located in Daytona Beach which has a slew of older people that use this and the Ormond Beach location. Mold gets into the body and then slowly spreads and at some point becomes greater than your ability to fight it. It could take months before the first symptoms show up. The level of mold here is deadly! There are a slew of illnesses that are being linked to mold toxicity and mycotoxin poisoning. Gold's Gym has potentially poisoned hundreds of people here locally.

This is a necessary petition. It is vital that we protect. Our citizens. Basic needs, including health as one of our civil liberties and rights to being a healthy happy human.
