I am FOR the Naperville Park District development of a trail around the May Watts Park retention pond.
I believe the addition of an 8 foot wide limestone path, positioned as closely to the water as feasible, would provide an excellent recreational resource benefiting the surrounding communities. I understand this path will not increase my property taxes.

Reaching this point has been a long road and my feet are tired yet the momentum keeps me moving forward. Seeing this kind of interest proves that our community is ready for a change at the pond.

Finally. Its about time we got a nice place to walk around the pond instead of trekking through the mud.
Great idea. Keep it close to the water so we can actually enjoy the view.
Used to walk there all the time but the lack of a path makes it a mess. Really hope this happens.
I walk here every morning and a limestone path would be a huge upgrade. Make it happen!
WHY IS THIS NOT DONE YET?? It would be so much better for everyone in the neighborhood.

Yes please! My kids would love to bike there after school. It would be so much nicer than the current setup.
