Original sentence for all 3 was shocking and an insult to victims family all 3 should have harsher sentencing.

They don't deserve to roam the streets, when they ruined a family's life. They killed a man. They have no right to be free.

I hope they get longer sentences, what they did was not manslaughter it was clearly MURDER so they should serve a sentence for murder. Their nothing but animals they have assaulted innocent people and don't deserve to be let out at all. You cannot rehabilitate scum like that, they should bring back the death penalty. I hope Mrs Letherby is successful in her fight for justice and they rot in prison.

Longer sentences are needed, this is the second person (I know of) they've attacked. How many more do they need to kill before the justice system gives them life? They took a life, they need to serve life in prison. They attacked the man they killed, that's deliberately causing actual harm, so when that person dies, you deliberately caused that death!

8 years each is a joke, these thugs will be back out in 4 years, 4 years for the life of a loving husband/father/ grandfather. Shame on you British justice!

How this judge came to this sentence is a mystery given the previous violent assaults that these animals had participated in the 3 of them should have the same sentences and 15 years minimum

This sentence is a joke , they took a man's life in a very brutal way , it wasent an accident they intended to hurt him and also its not the first time they have been convicted of crimes like this. but they know how the system works and how sort the sentences are so it's no deterant for them !!!

Things like this are becoming too much of the normal thing these days!! What the poor family went through, wayne's young son to see something like that happen to his dad. 8 years is nowhere near justice for the family!! Freak accident or not that is not justice should be life for life in such a callous way aswell. Sleep tight wayne
