This is a very low sentence when you consider that a man has lost his life who was a husband, father and grandfather. A man who was literally kicked to death. I feel their past conviction for a terrible violent act against a woman should also have been considered and led to a higher sentence. I do not feel these men will possibly have been rehabilitated in such a short period and would be extremely worried if they moved back to the community.

An absolutely ridiculous sentence given their previous violence. They need to be off our streets for much longer than 8 years (which they will probably only serve 4). The fact that Doggett was able to post a status on Facebook when he is serving his sentence is laughable and an insult to the family. We are all behind you Linda, you have the support of the whole of the Rhondda Valley.
