I don’t know you but there’s people out there who really care about you. Recovery isn’t easy, but if you genuinely want it, it is entirely possible. Even if you feel like you’re not strong enough, you are, you just need to keep your support system in the loop of what’s going on in your mind
I can feel the life force being sucked out of me, the air grows colder and the pressure on my chest grows. My hands have numbed with pain my face tormented and contorted to for some False and hypocritical beauty standards set by people like you
