Petition for Review of the previous court decision that was made on December 27, 2012. Danielle Foster was disqualified from receiving Unemployment benefits because of lack of understanding of how a telephone hearing was conducted. Danielle Foster was expecting a call, but no party called her. After 30 minutes of waiting, Danielle Foster attempted to get assistance and was informed that there was nothing that she could do or that could be done. Danielle Foster was a previous employee for Davita Renal Care.
